Island-based egaming companies found almost 3,000 underage gamblers on their sites last year.
The Gambling Supervision Commission has published a new report about responsible gambling over the last 12 months.
It says licencees refused or cancelled 2,972 underage gamblers' registrations in 2023.
Companies say 1 in 40 people use transaction-limiting controls to make sure they've not gambling irresponsibly, while less than one per cent of customers have banned themselves from websites.
