Conister Bank has launched a new 'bridging loan' scheme in a bid to boost the local property market.
The interest-only loan is designed to accelerate the house purchasing process.
It's only available to Manx residents and is ideal for residential property owners but can be used for other applications such as moving house, planning refurbishment and buying at auction.
