Changes to employment laws on the Island are coming into force from April.
It'll mean all workers will have the right to detailed pay statements and a written statement, including those on zero hour contracts.
It comes following feedback from a public consultation carried out in 2022.
The Department for Enterprise says it hopes the work will ensure transparency and fairness in Island workplaces.
