First office 'BREEAM' almost complete

The Island's first office BREEAM facility has nearly been completed.

Zurich International Life commissioned Dandara to build its new offices in the Isle of Man Business Park.

It's the first office development to be completed to Building Research Establishment Environment Assessment Methodology.

This means the project promotes long-term sustainability of buildings and promotes low-impact design, reduction of carbon emissions and protection of ecological value.
