The former Isle of Man Bank building in Peel could become a pharmacy.
A planning application has been submitted to turn the space in Atholl Street into a Clear Pharmacy instead.
The bank's closure in January last year sparked protests from the public and opposition from politicians.
The application is currently pending consideration.
