The Isle of Man boasts a 'fabulous range' of attractions for visitors who make their way to Manx shores.
That's according to Enterprise Minister, Laurence Skelly MHK, who was asked this week by Arbory, Castletown & Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse what research the DfE has done to find out why people have come to the Island over the last year.
Mr Skelly says the main piece of research is the Cabinet Office's Annual Passenger Survey but other surveys covering the likes of the TT, Festival of Motorcycling, Manx National Heritage and individual events help officials understand why people have made the journey.
The Minister also added his department is actively involved in around half the events for leisure visitors and it's an area they will continue to build on alongside the Visit Agency.
