Retailers on Island are reminding customers not to litter by using messages on receipts.
The initiative by The Rubbish Group is led by UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man, and so far involves Robinson's stores and the Manx Wildlife Trust's gift shop.
They've added messages advising customers the Island has UNESCO designation and urging them to dispose of receipts carefully.
It's hoped other local retailers will follow suit - to get involved you can email Biosphere@gov.im
