A Manx company that rents out apartments in Camden in London has won a battle to pay reduced VAT.
BLS1 owns The Quarters in Swiss Cottage and claimed the luxury building was a hotel rather than residential accommodation.

BLS1 appealed to Judge of Appeal Cross and Acting Deemster Sinfield - who agreed with the company and granted its appeal.
