Manx Telecom has installed specially designed hedgehog ladders at the pondside area at its HQ.
The project is in collaboration with the Manx Wildlife Trust, and offers a safe and accessible route for hedgehogs to access the shallow edges of the pond.
The company says it's decided to do its part as the hedgehog population has been declining due to habitat loss.
