
A Manx-based egaming company could become one of the biggest betting companies in the world after agreeing a merger with a UK rival.
GVC - which owns brands such as Foxy Bingo - will take on the share capital of internet bookie Ladbrokes Coral in a deal that could save the new firm £100 million a year.
The merger would see the company become one of the world's largest listed sportsbetting firms operating in countries around the world.
The deal values Ladbrokes Coral at around £3.2 billion.
