Manx Telecom is urging people to sign up for this year's Tough Mann Adventure Challenge.
It's sponsoring the 10K assault course style race - competitors will tackle 25 obstacles along the way including muddy bogs, rope scrambles and monkey bars.
The event will take place on August 6th in Ballaugh - entries close on July 10th.
The race is open to people of all abilities whether they walk, run or crawl across the finish line.
