There was a slight rise in the number of people registered unemployed on the Island last month.
According to Statistics Isle of Man, the figure stood at 245 which is an increase of 17 compared to June.
However, the unemployment rate remains at 0.5%.
At the end of July there were a total of 815 jobs available at the Job Centre, with 56% being full time positions.
