Scholars to discuss COVID-19 impact in podcast series

Local and international experts will be providing key insight into the Covid-19 pandemic this month.

University College Isle of Man is holding a summer series of podcasts with world scholars and UCM lecturers in fields including medicine, genetics, politics and economics who'll explain how Coronavirus has affected each different industry.

The talks will gradually lead up to a live online debate next month (July 8) which will focus on how each speaker would reconstruct their ideal 'new normal'.

Each podcast is available for free on the UCM website with six of them taking place between tomorrow (June 12) and Wednesday, July 1 - a schedule of them is available on our website.
