Aidan Davin has been promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer for the Crown Dependencies to provide leadership across the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
Meanwhile, Nina Johnston takes up the post of Managing Director at Equiom Isle of Man.
Nina joined the organisation in 2005 and becomes managing director after taking on the role on an interim basis in July.
