The Island's ship registry say new certifications they have attained are a 'huge achievement'.
They have been awarded two ISO standards, making the Isle of Man one of the only flag states to have attained both international standards.
Their director, Dick Welsh, says this is a statement that the registry has 'robust quality and environmental management systems'.
The ISO awards they received commend their standards in their quality and environment management systems.
