A new strategy to tackle a skills shortage on the Island has been revealed.
The plan has been launched by the Department of Education, Sport and Culture, to provide a framework for the government and employers to invest in skills.
It's to be rolled out over the next three years, and aims to help fill 5,000 jobs by 2032.
The strategy will be debated during Tynwald's May sitting.
