Zurich Isle of Man has launched a scheme to help employees cover the cost of reducing their personal carbon footprint.
The company's Sustainability At Home initiative means workers can apply for an interest free loan.
The money can be used to cover the cost of things like insulation, solar panels, double glazing, or even towards buying an electric vehicle.
The scheme is open to all Zurich employees who are Isle of Man residents.
