A developer has applied for planning permission to build more than 150 new homes and a primary school in Ramsey.
Hartford Homes says it wants to build the houses on land at Vollan Fields on Andreas Road.
Its application includes public open space together with approval in principle for a primary school along with improvements to land east of Royal Park.
The company says an archaeological study shows two nearby monuments would be unaffected by the work.
