24 people were arrested this weekend in what police have described as a “particularly busy” period:
That’s Chief Inspector Phil Shimmin – 15 of the arrests were made on Friday night.
Alcohol related offences dominated with people detained for drink driving, assault and public order - five people were arrested after being found in possession of drugs.
