Local charity Sight Matters has received a £5,000 donation for its Younger Members Group.
The money will go towards helping children experiencing sight loss participate in activities available to sighted children.
Since the Younger Members Group was formed in 2018, the charity has seen a 'substantial increase in demand.'
The money was donated by the Gough Ritchie Charitable Trust.
