The number of people turning up at Accident and Emergency at Noble's Hospital has risen by more than 35 per cent in the last decade.
The figures were given by Health and Social Care Minister Claire Christian in response to a question for written answer from Onchan MHK Julie Edge.
In 2014, 35,393 attended A&E compared to 45,771 last year.
The figures also show a drop of just under seven per cent in the number of outpatient appointments over the same period.
