Animal welfare has to come first.
That's the message from Curraghs Wildlife Park's General Manger Kathleen Graham - as the park re-opens its doors today.
It has been shut since last weekend following the first case of Bird flu confirmed on Island.
A second outbreak has since been announced - following the death of five feral chikens on the Tholt-y-will.
New measures - such as disinfected foot baths are in place, alongside asking anyone who has handled infected birds to steer clear.
