A former restaurant in Ramsey is set to be converted into flats.
Kenneth Devaney of Ramsey has applied to turn the former Harbour Bistro on East Quay in Ramsey into four apartments.
In the application, he says he can't find a tenant to continue the business after 20 years as an eatery.
The business lies in the town's conservation area, and the application adds residents would be able to park in nearby Market Square.
