A new initiative spearheaded by detached youth workers and the police aims to make sure kids across the
B Safe B Sure aims to encourage youngster to take responsibility for their own safety, to get the scheme off the ground they will be issuing 500 torch key rings, with a raft of initiatives to follow.
It’s also stressed to parents that when out after dark their children should be wearing reflective clothing.
