Ballanard Road in Douglas will permanently reopen this afternoon following extensive repair work.
The reconstruction between Glencrutchery Road traffic lights and Norwood Drive has now been completed and the works to the side roads will be finished early next week.
Further pavement works between Barrule Road and Norwood Drive will be continuing through the Grand Prix period with temporary traffic lights in operation.
Work across the whole site is expected to be finished ahead of time by mid-October.
