Ballasalla may see construction of 35 new homes

35 new homes could be built on Crossag Farm in Ballasalla.

Plans for the development are now on public display at Malew Parish Commissioners village hall.

People are being encouraged to provide feedback on the masterplan for the 31-acre site - which reflects policies outlined in the Southern Area Plan.

Staff from the Department of Infrastructure will be on-hand at the exhibition to explain things like access landscaping and drainage.
