A court's heard a benefits fraudster was wrongly paid almost £4,000 after he didn't declare a pension to officials.
53 year old Kevin Stephen Quirk of Gelling's Avenue in Port St Mary admitted two counts of benefit fraud.
The court heard he was overpaid £3,992 in Job Seeker's Allowance and Income Support as a result of the offence.
He was bailed and will next appear in court on August 27.
