Broadcaster Jeremy Vine has mocked the Isle of Man after a man was taken to court for possessing cannabis - worth £1.59.
He took to Twitter to tweet a picture of a court report in the Isle of Man Newspapers - joking that the Island was the inspiration for hit American TV programme Breaking Bad.
His tweet was 'retweeted' over a hundred times and sparked numerous comments about whether it was a waste of money taking the man to court.
The man involved, a 28-year-old from Douglas, pleaded guilty to the charge and is currently awaiting sentencing.
