Port Erin Commissioners have revealed plans to turn a storage yard into offices for small businesses.
The proposals would see the local authority create accommodation for three companies on St George's Crescent at Breagle Glen.
In a planning application the commissioners say the site, used for storing equipment, is unsightly and would be revamped to bring in extra income.
The existing building would be torn down and replaced by a new two-storey structure.
