One of the Isle of Man’s senior figures in the housing market has told 3FM people can expect steady but not spectacular progress in their house prices this year.
Nick Cooper is the residential director at Douglas’s Black Grace Cowley.
He was commenting following news earlier this week that activity in the UK housing market was slowly starting to pick up after a lengthy time in decline.
This has led to a fractional increase in prices of properties there, but will this prove to be the same story here?
