Call for pro golf back at Castletown

Could Castletown be ready to welcome back professional golf in the near future?

Club president Jack Yardley thinks so, after the club was taken over by a new owner a fortnight ago.

Speaking to 3FM, Mr Yardley said that course owner Phillip Vermuelen was eager to bring a top-quality event back to Langness.

He explained that many top pros are huge favorites of the venue and believes a professional event over the next few years is definitely on the cards (see audio).
