Chief Minister Alf Cannan's refused to give a yes or no answer to whether he thinks Manx Care can manage its budget without hitting frontline services
In the House of Keys this week he faced questions from former health minister Lawrie Hooper about the organisation, which is facing a £16 million overspend.
Mr Hooper asked for a yes or no reply, saying he'd repeatedly put the question to Mr Cannan.
