    Castle Rushen "not in the best state" says Minister

    No money has been spent on capital projects at Castle Rushen High School over the last five years.

    The total spend for all of the Island's secondary schools was revealed in Tynwald yesterday. 
     
    It was in response to claims that the Castletown school has fallen into decline whilst other schools have prospered.
     
    Education and Children Minister Tim Crookall revealed just how little had been earmarked for the establishment:
