A local wildlife charity is currently dealing with 'a lot' of birds covered in oil.
The Manx Wild Bird Aid says it includes gulls and even a peregrine Falcon.
The charity says DEFA is currently trying to find the source of the oil - whilst its volunteers are busy cleaning them up.
Due to high demand, the charity is currently unable to take on any more birds - and asks anyone who finds an injured animal to take them to a vet, or call the MSPCA.
