A charity in Braddan is asking people to stop being rude to staff.
The Isle of Man Home of Rest for Old Horses closed this week while they prepare for October half term.
It says on Facebook that staff have had a number of sharp and argumentative phone calls because of the closure.
The charity remind people that it runs with limited staff and ask that people are mindful when they speak to them.
