New Recruitment Drive for Polish and Filipino Members of Island\'s Community
The Manx Police Force have unveiled a new policy geared toward getting more of the Island's ethnic minorities involved in the Constabulary.
The policy came from Chief Constable Mike Langdon, who wants the Island's Police Force to be able to relate to the diverse community it serves.
Recruits will be offered full English training if the language barrier is an issue.
The appeal is going out predominantly to Filipino and Polish members of the community as these make up the majority of the Island's ethnic minorities.
