The Chief Minister says he's annoyed by bully-boy tactics from some UK politicians, who tried to impose new laws on the Isle of Man last week.
MPs voted to reject an amendment to criminal finance legislation which would have forced the Isle of Man and other Crown Dependencies to introduce a public register of company ownership.
Mr Quayle says the move was wrong constitutionally - because the Island sets its own laws.
And he says the Manx government considered setting up a register but decided against it:
