    Chief Minister defends costly New Zealand trip

    Trips abroad aren't a "jolly" for government ministers and civil servants.

    That's the message from the Chief Minister in defence of the Health and Social Care Minister Howard Quayle. 
     
    He's travelling to New Zealand with his chief executive for two weeks on March 21st. 
     
    Some MHKs have branded the 'fact-finding' mission "a rather nice holiday" - however Allan Bell says it's nothing of the sort:
