Chief Minister explains re-shuffle choices

The Chief Minister has explained his reshuffle choices following the departure of John Shimmin as Minister for Economic Development.

Laurence Skelly has taken the helm as Minister for DED, replaced in Infrastructure by Phil Gawne, as Richard Ronan takes the Department of Environment Food and Agriculture role.

Allan Bell told us the decisions reflect the continuity needed at this time - as there's only around 18-months working time left of the present house.

He says they are the men most appropriate for the jobs:
