The Chief Minister believes a lack of long-term vision and a poor attitude is to blame for Jersey’s current economic crisis.
The Channel Island’s national newspaper recently printed an article praising the Isle of Man’s business diversity and Budget, while heavily criticising its own government.
Jersey is now in its fifth year of recession having relied almost solely on the badly-hit financial services industry.
