A man serving an 11-year jail term for sex assaults on children will try to have his sentence cut in January.
35 year old William Duggan was convicted of a total of five counts of gross indecency and nine of indecent assault against two young boys over a period of eight years.
He was sent to prison in September.
However, he's now lodged an appeal against his sentence which is due to be heard on January 20.
