A company's amended its plans for a former pub in the west of the Island after comments from neighbours.
Jim Ltd of Strand Street in Douglas wants to pull down the Waterfall Hotel in Glen Maye and replace it with houses.
A previous application was submitted last November, but the company says it's now amended those in the light of comments it received.
The firm says it's modified the designs of the four terraced homes it wants to build.
