A complaint about fortnightly bin collections in Douglas has been thrown out by a Tynwald regulator.
Last October, Commissioner for Administration Angela Main Thompson was asked to investigate by a couple from Douglas who claimed Douglas Council hadn't told people it was scrapping weekly collections.
However, after investigating, she said the couple hadn't suffered any hardship or injustice and so didn't uphold their complaint.
In her report, which is due to go before Tynwald next month, she says other complaints on the same subject could arise in future if there are more changes to bin collections.
