New figures from the government show complaints against Noble's Hospital rose almost 6 per cent last year.
The data's included in a report from the Department of Health and Social Care that's due before Tynwald later this month.
The report on health complaints covers the last two years and lays out how many complaints were made against each part of the Island's NHS.
In 2015, the hospital had 196 grumbles - a number which rose to 208 last year.
In other areas, complaints against opticians fell drastically from 19 in a year to just seven.
Pharmacies reported just 54 complaints last year, compared to 86 in the previous year.
At Noble's Hospital, the three big bugbears for patients were communication, appointments and clinical treatment - which account for more than half of all the complaints.
Minister Kate Beecroft will bring the report before Tynwald later this month.
