The Manx public is being asked to feedback on plans to review the complaints process for health and social care services.
It would involve a major overhaul of the system promising more transparency, accountability and assurance.
The Manx government said the changes would mean that "complaints are welcomed in a positive way, investigated fairly and given fair and accountable responses".
The consultation also sets out plans to have straight-forward complaints dealt with within 20 days and "to establish a culture of learning" to prevent the same mistake happening twice.
You can give your feedback on the proposals here.
