Treasury has confirmed it's ditched the controversial company which was tasked with carrying out assessments on incapacity claimants:
That's Treasury Minister Eddie Teare who made the announcement in Tynwald this week - Dependability Limited was appointed in 2014 for a three year period.
Despite the revelation he told the court he couldn't give any assurance that Treasury's activity with the Social Security Commissioner or on-going tribunals would stop.
