Douglas Council says it's ahead of its targets for rate collections.
When the local authority sits this week, it'll consider a monthly financial review from November which showed 93.1 per cent of rates had been paid between April and November.,
That's compared to a target of 91.6 per cent - although slightly down on last year's figure of 93.5 per cent.
Douglas Council will meet in the city hall from 2.30pm on Wednesday.
