Police closed Lhoobs Road in Foxdale this morning after a crash involving two cars.
The incident happened shortly after 7am.
The road is one-way while Main Road is shut as the DOI carries out roadworks – drivers can only travel towards Foxdale from St Johns.
Officers say the route was closed for more than two hours while both vehicles involved were recovered.
