A Castletown commissioner is to call a public meeting about issues he says seriously discriminate against the ancient capital.
Jimmy Cubbon says he won an election but his vote on the future of the Southern Swimming Pool was overruled by other local authority members who were returned unopposed - claiming that process was undemocratic.
He says until local government is reformed, Castletown's people will continue to be discriminated against by central government.
No date has yet been set for the meeting, and Mr Cubbon will present the motion at the commissioner's meeting this evening.
