A project is underway to build 45 new homes in Peel.
The two and three-bedroom houses, developed by Dandara, are part of the Oak Park scheme on Oak Road.
The first phase of properties will be released for sale on August 27th.
The company anticipates the first homes will be ready to be occupied by spring 2019.
